The Smith Family has moved in to a wonderful suburban home in Willow Creek. Richard has begun working at the local hospital and has moved up quickly to the position of Assistant Nurse. As Izzie was still young, Elizabeth had decided to stay at home in order to care for the youngster. She enjoyed the quality time she is able to spend with her daughter, as well as her other two children, even if William can be a bit of a handful at times.
Once Izzie entered school, Elizabeth found it hard to be at home all day alone, and decided to begin a career. She found out she loved painting while on a date with her husband, and that became her career. [more...]
For the past several days William had kept asking when it he would finally be and adult. Well, it turns out, that would be today. Richard and Elizabeth took the day off. They had decided to throw a party, but, unlike Izzie's, they would throw at their home, and they would be far more prepared. As Emilie and William's birthdays were only a day a part the party would be for both of them.
Seeing as Emilie was more fond of white cake while William was more fond of chocolate, there would still be two cakes. After the caterer they hired at Izzie's party proved to be utterly useless, Elizabeth had spent some time learning how to bake. She now would spend they morning baking the two cakes. A caterer was still hired to cook other things for the guests, but Richard, who had been learning mixology, practiced his bar tricks so he could serve as their bar tender.
This time was certainly different. With fewer guests to entertain and the cake premade the party went without a hitch. William left behind his teen years and entered the age of young adulthood while Emilie shed her childish self to enter her high school years.
This was all bittersweet. Emilie was excited for high school and even more excited for her brother, but her brother would no longer be living at home, to say this made Emilie sad would be an understatement. Yet, with her brother gone, and her mother and father already having enough space to work, she would finally get her own room again. Unfortunately it was her brother's room, which would just remind her of him, even after his stuff was gone and the carpet and walls were redone.
Though her time in drama club was pretty short-lived, after upstaging the teacher, it wasn't an entire wash. Emilie learned she had a love for acting, but, more importantly, she learned she had a desire for the spotlight and the drive to go after it. She had decided right there what she wanted to be when she grew up, and, now that she was a teenager, it was time for her to step onto the road to fame.
Wanting to finish high school, but also wanting to do something to further her plans, Emilie decided to start a vlog. She begged her parents for some high-end video editing equipment. Elizabeth, who understood wanting to pursue a dream, got Emilie everything she would need to start. Emilie posted a quick vlog introducing herself to the world. It wasn't the best out there, but, her sister helped her edit it into something worth posting, and a partnership was born! Emilie decided to focus most of her videos on gadget reviews simply because it wasn't something she saw a whole lot of girls doing, and thought it would help her stand out. Shortly after posting her first video, she posted a second. Now all she had to do was wait for views.
Just as Emilie was finishing her second recording, guess who decided to knock on the door. It was William. Apparently he was bored, and knew just about everyone would be home on a Saturday, so he decided to stop by. Izzie was pretty happy to greet him at the door, and was even more excited for a chess partner other than Emilie, but it was really Emilie, who couldn't wait to finish her video, who was the most excited to see her brother.
After a quick chess match, Izzie, knowing how excited Emilie would be to see their brother, showed William to Emilie's room, which, of course, was once his room. William was shocked at the changes that were made. Aside from a desk and an end table that he had left behind, everything looked completely different.
Hearing his son's voice in the other room, Richard looked up from his computer and headed over. Everyone was soon gathered in Emilie's room chatting about the past and catching up on the present, even though William had only been gone a few days. Richard was shocked to learn that William was still unemployed and asked him what he planned on doing, he was dissapointed when William said he had no idea. Everyone sat in an awkward silence until Richard broke the ice again with a suggestion.
Elizabeth had gotten on Richard for his little belly and had forced him to joing a local gym. Even though she was not home, he knew he still needed a workout, what could be better than torturing his kids during his own hell? Because of Izzie's age, she got a free pass, but the other two would be forced to join him at the gym for a round of boxing. Emilie wasn't too good at it, but figured, if she was going to be in front of a camera now, she whould probably look her best, so a little exercise couldn't hurt.
After forcing his children to share in his torture, Richard decided to be nice and take them out to a local club for drinks. Izzie was, sadly, still not invited, but the other two enjoyed the time together, and Izzie probably wouldn't care anyway.
While enjoying each other's company with some cold beverages a commotion started at the entrance. Wanting to see what was happening, the trio headed over to find a celebrity. Emilie instantly ran up to the woman and asked for a picture. The celebrity was kind enough to allow it. Emilie hoped that, someday, she would be on the other end of that exchange. The entire meeting only solidified her drive to become famous herself one day.
Izzie and Emilie were both excited the night before. They were anticipating a very special holiday, a holiday both were fond of since they were little. For you see tomorrow would be all about presents and family!
Though she was probably the most excited for Winterfest, Izzie was the last one to wake up. Emilie, up before everyone else, started her day recording another video, not even a major holiday would keep her off the road to fame. Izzie was still in her pajamas as she headed downstairs to find her mother and father already decorating the tree. Richard a lit a fire. With central heating they hardly used the fireplace, but this was a special day.
Done with her video, Emilie also headed downstairs. Rather than tell Izzie she was ready for her to edit another video, she stopped and asked if there was anything she could do to help decorate the tree. All that was left, however, was the topper, which was something Richard had always handled. Emilie would take a seat next to her mother and sister. It felt weird without William there, but that was something that could be easily corrected with a single phone call.
With everyone now here it was time for the event Izzie and Emilie were so excited for. It was time to open presents! Everyone gathered around the tree, including William. One at a time each got to open a present. Izzie, being the youngest, went first, followed by William, because he was a guest now. Emilie, who was dying of excitement by now, ended up being last. Not a single present was remembered, but the feeling behind receiving them would never be forgotten.
With presents now out of the way all that was left was to wait until dinner. Of course there was still quite a few hours until dinner time. How would the family fill so many hours? With a game of cards perhaps?
Izzie wasn't interested in cards and decided to head up to play in with her chemistry set in the office. The rest of the family, however, was more than happy to enjoy each other's company around the gaming table, yet another thing they hadn't used in a while. Emilie was the first out, followed shortly by William then Elizabeth leaving Richard the winner.
Last holiday, Emilie, a bit younger then, had spent many hours playing video games with her brother. With Richard practicing bar tricks in the background, Emilie and William decided to make playing video games a new family tradition.
With time officially killed, Elizabeth headed over to make another tofurkey dinner! Emilie was happy to chat with William while Richard continued practicing and Elizabeth cooked in the kitchen. Izzie even showed up a bit early to join in the conversation. After all, it had been a few days since she last saw her brother, and this holiday was about spending time with family.
Dinner was soon served and the entire family was gathered around the table. It was great for William to have the chance to spend another holiday with his family, but as dinner came to an end he wondered just how many more of these he would be able to enjoy. Someday he may have his own family, maybe even with Cassandra, how would see feel about spending time with his family, or would she rather they spend these days with hers? Maybe this were questions that could wait.
With dinner finished, William said his good byes. He was now employed at would need to get a solid night's rest before heading for work in the morning. Something Richard was all too familiar with.
Even with William gone the festivities were far from over. Izzie had heard that, if you were patient, and waited near a fireplace, you might just spot Father Winter. If you did, you would be rewarded with an extra present. Emilie was a little old to be believing in such childish sillyness, but she wouldn't turn down a game of "Don't Wake the Llama", and, if they happened to end up staying up and, happened to see Father Winter, then so be it.
Wouldn't you know it, the old man was real! Of course, Clemet Frost could have been just some random stranger Richard and Elizabeth managed to rope into indulging the kids, that could have been it, if it weren't for the fact that the man just appeared out of no where right next to the fireplace.
Well, there was no use overthinking things. Emilie supposed it couldn't hurt to ask for an extra present. Of course, like the morning earlier, she would have to get in line.
Who knew making videos of random gadgets reviews would be so profitable? Sure Emilie was pretty sure she'd get at least some fame, but the money, that was something she didn't expect. After spending some of it upgrading her video set-up with new lights and an HD camera, she figured it was time to treat herself to a new laptop, one that was more her style. While she was at it, why not strip and repaint the desk her brother left, or get a new smart speaker? Between Emilie's income from video royalties, Elizabeth's income from painting, and Richard's income from his job as a Medical Specialist, this was one family that was not hurting for cash.
Well this fact didn't stop the family for forgetting about Izzie. When pressed Richard said they didn't forget about her, they just didn't want her to have a computer yet, even though Emilie got her laptop at around Izzie's age. Nevertheless she still ended up with a new laptop, even if it was really just Emilie's old one.
Not too long ago Izzie was scolded for just stepping off the lot passed curfew, but now, she began to wonder if anyone would even notice if she was gone. Of course she started out small. She waited until everyone was asleep and then headed for the local park. It was dead silent when she arrived. There was not a soul there, not even some homeless person sleeping on a bench. It was just Izzie. She had to admit she got a certain thrill from being out so late with no one around.
After double and triple checking that there was no one at the park, Izzie decided there would be no one to stop her from just making a mess of the place. She had tried this in the house too, but was always scolded quickly for it. Now there would be no one to stop her. Her heart raced as she reached into her jacket and pulled out floor and chocolate sauce she had smuggled from the kitchen just moments earlier.
Izzie was back home in bed just before 3am, which was when one or both of her parents got up for snack. No one was the wiser. No one even noticed she had gone. She had a hard time sleeping that night, adrenaline still pumped well passed 4am. She still had to get up in just a few hours for school, but, who said she actually had to go?
Izzie had never found school all that challenging, and that night she had plenty of time to hatch a plan to skip the boring classes that never taught her anything new all together. She would say she had to go a bit early and leave the house just before the school bus arrived. She wouldn't head for the local park, it would be too easy for someone she knew to spot her there. Instead she would go a little further and head for a park in Oasis Springs. There she would hang out the rest of the day, and no one would be the wiser.
What she didn't expect was to meet someone there who apparently had the same idea. Though she didn't know if the girl lived in Oasis Springs or not, she was skipping school just like Izzie. Izzie figured, as long as the other person kept her secret (and really it wasn't like she wasn't skipping school too), there was no harm in saying hi.
Of course Izzie ended up doing a bit more than just saying hi. The two chatted together for several minutes until Izzie, who knew she had to be home before, or not too long after, Emilie, invited the new friend over. The two were seated battling Voidcritters when Emilie came home. Izzie said she was sent home a bit early for helping out that morning. Emilie seemed to buy it and went downstairs for a snack and to do her homework. Izzie couldn't help but laugh inside. Why do homework? Why be so responsible? Its more fun to just ignore the rules.
As Izzie's new friend left, Izzie couldn't help but wonder what else she could get away with. Perhaps there was a trip alone to the city in her future? It had been awhile since she had last seen her brother.
Izzie did just as she did the other day. She told everyone she had to leave early again and headed out before the school bus arrived. Only this time she didn't go to the park. It took so doing, but she managed to make it to the city. Her heart pounded once again as she timidly reached up and knocked on her brother's door. Would he even be home?
He was, but he wouldn't be home for long. He was home long enough to ask if Izzie shouldn't be at school and to inform her that he had a job now and couldn't be there. Izzie told him she understood, but, honestly just felt like he was brushing her off too. Even his roomate and girlfriend had to work. So Izzie was left totally alone.
Finding herself alone once again, Izzie decided to call her new friend Evie and invite her to a park. Fortunately, like Izzie, Evie had planned on skipping school that day too. The two enjoyed a few hours of fun making messes, playing on the monkey bars, and just hanging out together. It was nice for Izzie to have someone who understood her.
Sadly even Evie couldn't keep Izzie company the whole day. She left around one in the afternoon. Izzie decided to chance returning to William's apartment. She was sure he would still be at work, but she knew Cassandra was part time and that there was food in their refrigerator.
Fortunately, Izzie's gamble paid off. Not only was there indeed a wonderous salad with Izzie's name on it (okay, it didn't really have her name on it, but she could always just put it there), but Cassandra did indeed get home just after Izzie got there.
After Izzie ate, she enjoyed some time playing games with Cassandra, who had mostly just played party games with William, and only because he insisted. Izzie almost enjoyed playing with Cassandra more than Emilie. To be fair, Emilie had not really played games with Izzie for a while, but that was part of the problem! Izzie was always there to edit Emilie's videos, but Emilie never seemed to have time for Izzie anymore.
Izzie made sure she was home just a few minutes after Emilie that day, just to avoid telling the same lie twice. Emilie didn't even seem to notice, she just went and started on her homework. Honestly, homework, acting, recording videos, it's all Emilie did these days, didn't she even want to just have fun?
Izzie was reading about vampires, something she hadn't done in a while, when Elizabeth got home from work. Aparently when Izzie hadn't shown up two days in a row, the school called to see if she was okay. Having no idea Izzie had been skipping school, Elizabeth didn't know what to say. Only she knew she wasn't happy with her daughter. She laid into her just as soon as she got home.
Izzie tried to fight back, but she couldn't argue with her mother. Her mother didn't ground her though. To be honest, she kind of wished she did. All she did was say how disappointed she was and that she knew Izzie was a bright girl, but school was still important.
No matter how much Izzie pressed the fact that school was boring and never taught her anything and that she failed to see why it was so very important, Elizabeth wouldn't listen. Well, it didn't matter if she would listen. Izzie had a plan for that.
With Izzie gone Emilie had to find some other way to remain relevant. She decided to head to Starlight Boulevard and just play her violin. It had been awhile since she had played. Of course she wouldn't just play, no, she had a drone now. She would stream her playing. Anyone who watched the stream, or anyone happening by surely would tell everyone about Emilie.
While she played she couldn't help but think about her sister. Izzie wasn't just her editor. They had been so close. When Emilie was younger Izzie was always there for her. She had even quit drama club because Emilie was kicked out. Ever since Emilie had started on her road to fame she had been treating Izzie like an employee or something and not her sister. Emilie stopped her streaming right there. She didn't feel much like playing anymore, let alone playing for an audiance.
Emilie came home to find Richard already there. He had promised to take her to the gym Elizabeth and him frequented. Emilie remembered saying how she wanted to look like her mother, but she wasn't sure she really felt like it today. Still she didn't want to disappoint her father, so she went. She hoped the next time she'd enjoy it more. As she looked around Skye Fitness, she noticed a basket ball court. Maybe Izzie would be interested in that. Maybe she could bring her sister here. Of course she'd have to get her to come home first. This place wasn't far from William's apartment. Maybe she could stop by.
Keeping to her word, Izzie returned home on Monday. Of course Elizabeth was the first one up and the first one to greet her. She tried to stay calm and just prayed her mother wouldn't just start yelling. Fortunately she was calm. All she said was that she was sorry Izzie felt she needed to run away just to get attention. Izzie was happy her little plot had worked, at least a little bit. She would have to see if anyone's adititude and really changed.
Izzie was almost as excited to see Emilie again as Emilie was to see her. In recognition of her return home. Izzie took a selfie with her sister. Emilie promised that everyone would know about her editor and how she wasn't just the gal behind the camera splicing things together and making her look good, but that she was also Emilie's awesome sister and bestfriend. Izzie said she appreciated the thought, but she didn't need recognition, just a bestfriend and sister.
Summer was officially here again! One of the advantages of both Richard and Elizabeth's careers were weekdays off. This meant they had days off while the kids were at school. Of course, with Izzie's track record they couldn't be sure she was actually at school, but that was just something that would have to weigh in the back of their minds until she graduated. It was no reason to stop living their lives. At least that's what Richard said as he proposed a trip to Widenburg.
It was certainly true that the couple had a fairly nice backyard pool, but it was also quite small. Of course they had heard about the public pool in Widenburg from William, and decided, if they got there early enough on a weekday, they could enjoy its size with few people. The plan did indeed work. For the couple was the only ones there for a few hours, but even on a weekday the pool eventually started to fill.
The pool filling up was not all that bad. Elizabeth eventually found out about a place few people knew about. Seeing as there were still several hours until the kids came home, she convinced Richard to ditch the public pool and check out the island bluff. It was a beautiful natural wonder surrounded by rock and wave, and covered in vegitation. There was even a bonfire set up overlooking the ocean. It was nice and serene.
The bonfire gave Elizabeth an evil idea. She reached into her pockets, pulled out 500 simoleons and tossed them into the fire while Richard looked on in utter shock and horror. It wasn't like that wasn't what just one of her worst paintings was worth, but it didn't stop Richard from mourning the loss of the money. Such needless money-side.
They pair would go on to enjoy the fire and the view for a few moments before heading deeper into the bluffs. They stumbled upon what appeared to be ruins with a natural spring in the middle. The two ended the day just floating in the spring. They wished they could just stay like that forever, but, unfortunately, the girls would soon be home. While they were certain Emilie could take care of Izzie, it wouldn't be right for them to just leave the two alone.
Though she had to admit she enjoyed the freedom she had when she was over at Williams, sleeping on an air matress, even a nice one, wasn't the best thing in the world. Besides, she had to sleep right in the living room. She really did miss her bed and her room. Of course, what she didn't know as she went to bed that night, was she was going to be seeing a bit more of this room than she barged for. Especially after promising herself to give school another try.
Izzie woke up, at her usual time, just after everyone else and still several hours from school time, all stuffed up and headachy. She got ready for school anyway. Maybe it would pass. She actually didn't want to skip school at all anymore, but she suddenly started feeling tired. Just after seven she headed to her bed for a nap. By the time she woke up she was already late for school. It looked like she would be skipping school after all.
Richard was still home that day, even though Elizabeth had to work. He could have scolded Izzie for skipping school again, but, he figured if she wasn't following her old plan there must be some other reason she was skipping. He had gone in and checked on her. He found her sleeping on her bed, dressed and ready for school. Maybe she wasn't feeling well. He returned to his computer and just let her rest. There would be no displinary action today.
Richard eventually went back over to Izzie's room. He found her in her pajamas now, but she was awake. Richard went into doctor mode as he examined his daughter. She said she was feeling much better now. Of course, by then half the morning was gone. Richard didn't see any point in sending her to school so late, so he said she should just stay home the rest of the day. Seeing as she had a complicated relationship with school, she wasn't going to argue with anyone who told her not to go.
Richard left Izzie alone. He was certain she could take care of herself, but he wouldn't be far if she needed him. He went downstairs and decided it was a nice enough day that it was time to dust off the old grill. Izzie didn't really want to be left alone and eventually wondered downstairs. She was feeling almost 100% by the time she step outside. The concrete nearly burned her bare feet, but she didn't care.
Richard had finished grilling his hotdogs and was seated at the outdoor table eating. Izzie wasn't really hungry yet so she just sat by the pool, still in her pajamas. She contemplated whether she was up for a swim. She had felt so terrible that morning and still wasn't feeling the best.
It was Richard that eventually convinced Izzie to put on her swimsuit and go for a dip. Sure he had just been swimming with his wife in Widenburg, but it was certainly a hot day, and they did have their own pool, so why not go swimming again, this time with his daughter? Of course they both had more on their mind the swimming. Soon an all out splash war began.
Seeing as Izzie now appeared to be feeling a lot better, Richard decided there wasn't any need for the two to stay at home. The two ended their little daddy daughter day at the park. Richard watched Izzie play on the monkey bars, and even joined in as a sea monster as the played on the jungle gym.
This was all Izzie really wanted. She just wanted to feel like she belonged, like she was loved. Sure it had taken her getting sick and skipping school, but she realized her family really did love her. Meanwhile Richard was struck with awe. He realized how big little Izzie was. It seemed like just yesterday she was a toddler, now she was so close to entering high school. Where had the time gone?
After losing Izzie for a few days Emilie decided she needed to spend more time with her sister, and not just in the room with her while she was editing one of her videos. She remembered spending time playing video games when Izzie was younger, she knew it was something her sister enjoyed, so she decided to start the day with that. Only she also knew just playing video games with her sister wasn't going to cut it. Emilie decided the best thing to do was plan a day out, but she still had to get some kind of work out in. Whatever was she going to do? How could she make Izzie a part of her weekend routine without making her feel like she was just tagging along?
Emilie needed to find something she could do together with Izzie that was both a workout and fun. Fortunately she remembered the gym she visited with her father in the city, Skye Fitness, had a rooftop basketball court with an excellent view of the city. Even if Izzie didn't particularly enjoy the game, which Emilie couldn't be sure of either way, she would at least like the view. Fortunately Izzie enjoyed the game and the view, but, honestly, she really only cared that Emilie was trying to include her.
The two shot some baskets, some went in, some made it to the rim, and others missed entirely. Emilie was running around so much chasing the ball the she had to be getting a good workout, and Izzie was laughing and smiling the entire time. After an hour or so the girls were both exhausted, but Emilie couldn't just end the day there.
After a moments rest the two headed down to the Salt House. It was supposed to be a nightclub, and was probably a happening place during the night, but it was still the middle of the afternoon. Nevertheless, it was far from empty, and there was still a DJ so it wasn't an entire wash. Besides, they let Izzie in and that was all that was really important.
Izzie didn't mind the dancing, but the pair had exhausted themselved shooting hoops just a few moments before, so they didn't dance long. The pair couldn't help but notice that the Salt House had a karoke room though. Izzie looked at Emilie, Emilie looked at Izzie, in almost perfect unision they both asked the other if they should try that. Izzie enjoyed singing the song with her sister, even if the two were terrible. There wasn't anyone else in the room, so who cares how bad they were? The only eardrums hurt were their own.
The pair only sang one song though. It didn't take long before stomachs started to growl. What shocked Emilie the most was when Izzie leaned over and asked her how she normally spent her Saturdays. Saturdays for Emilie was her time to try and get recognized. She usually headed over to Ward Park in Del Sol Valley or a nearby lounge and played a set on her violin while streaming just hoping anyone would hear her and talk about her. Izzie shocked Emilie again when she asked if she could watch her. Well Ward Park did have barbeques and picnic tables so they could make something and eat there if that was what Izzie really wanted.
In the end Izzie thought that would be perfect. Emilie made veggie burgers on the grill and the two had a quick picnic before Emilie spent the rest of the day playing her violin for tips hoping people would talk about her and not just give her money. Of course she had her trusty drone their to record the whole thing, even the picnic. She knew Izzie was perfectly content behind the camera, but sometimes she just wanted to show off her amazing sister.
Sunday started just as any other Sunday. The family all gathered around the table for breakfast. With Richard, and now Elizabeth working late, and the girls always busy in the morning, these breakfasts were the only time the family was garunteed a meal together. Izzie enjoyed telling herself a story while everyone else enjoyed hearing her talk to herself. Of course they worried about her when she did this, but it was kind of a cute quirk. Besides, maybe she'd grow out of it.
Though they enjoyed breakfast together, Richard still had to work. He headed off. The girls spent the morning doing whatever they normally did. For Izzie that was playing video games while Emilie recorded another video, than editing it once she was done while Emilie checked her social media timeline and played games herself.
Elizabeth used the time to paint a couple of pictures before heading downstairs. It was a sunny, yet hot day outside, but still nice enough for her to want to spend at least some of it outdoors. She decided to make use of the family pool.
Emilie had gotten a new drone she wanted to try out. What better way than to see how it faired streaming her swimming with her mother. Izzie even joined in. The cool water was nice on the hot day, but the pool was still kind of small, especially for three people. What were they do to? Fortunately Elizabeth had the answer.
Without telling the girls a thing, Elizabeth whisked her daughters off to the Island Bluffs in Windenburg. Of course, this was a local secret, so Emilie's drone would have to stay at home.
Izzie took off into the grass as soon as the trio emerged. She didn't care what else was around. Not yet. All she wanted to do was explore. There was so much to see out there. The grass felt nice on her bare feet as she ran around. Eventually she stopped as she spotted something shiny off in the distance. Well, it wasn't all that far. Turns out she had turned around at so point and the shiny rock was not far from where her mother and sister were.
While Izzie had been running around in the woods, Emilie and Elizabeth were enjoying a nice green bonfire. Of course the bonfire smoke kept blowing right at them, but the pair didn't move much. The fire was nice, but the view, the view was to die for. They were situated on a cliff overlooking the serene Windenburg bay. Who cared about smoke when there was that beautiful water, and calm breeze.
Izzie finally dropped to her knees in front of the shining rock she had spotted earlier. Her mother was putting something in the fire that would turn it green, but she didn't care at the moment. That was her sister's domain right now. Her domain was the rock in front of her and whatever secret it held.
She pulled out a hammer and chisel from who knows where and got to work. Eventually she cracked open the rock to reveal a time capsule. How interesting. She only wondered what could be inside, but she would wait to open it.
After uncovering the secret of the mysterious shiny rock, Izzie decided to join her mother and sister. Of course green wasn't really her color, so, she reached into the same mysterious place she kept her hammer and chisel and found a chemical that changed the fire from green to a nice light purple.
She did simply enjoy the view, for like 13 seconds. That was enough. The sound of the crackeling fire and waves got her body moving, and soon she wasn't the only one.
Before heading back Elizabeth had to show the girls the ruins with the mysterious spring. The three enjoyed floating their listening to the island. All in all in was a perfect little Mother Daughter Day with both daughters. Unfortunately, Elizabeth, like her husband, knew that her little Izzie was growing up too fast.
Elizabeth and the girls got home just before Richard. In fact just early enough for Elizabeth to make some popcorn. They had this nice TV and all this seating, but never really used it. It was time to change that. It was time for a nice family movie night. As soon as Richard got home his instructed to grab a bowl of popcorn and plop himself on the couch with his daughters.
