Below is a look at the various lots that were renovated or constructed, and visited during the second Smith Family Generation.
A two-story home built in Willow Creek. This 97,000 simolean home was designed with archetectual features common in American Suburbia during the early 21st century. The home features four bed rooms, including a master suit with on-suit bathroom (not pictured), two additional bathrooms (only one shown), a full kitchen with bar (not pictured), and a good-sized backyard with a pool.
A small, modern, home built in Newcrest. The much smaller home sports a loft bedroom and nice backyard, but a tiny kitchen and 1 1/2 bathrooms. It is the perfect size for a couple with no children.
A cozy modern, 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home in Newcrest with a large backyard offering lots of room to grow.
A very simple one bedroom apartment in the Spice District in San Myshuno
A cozy modern, 1 loft bedroom 1 bath home in Newcrest with a Japanese feel. It has a fairly large yard, and some potential for additions.
A cozy ranch-style island 2 bedroom, 2 bath home on Sulani which embraces a full, open and airy, island style. It has no yard to speak of, but, when you have an entire lagoon at your disposal, a yard just seems pedestrian.
Once a cozy ranch-style island home, a growing family and higher fame and prestige necessated a large renovation including a redone kitchen, replacing the master bedroom with a freshwater pool, and combining the master bath, main bath, and closet space into a studio. The final renovation was adding an entire second floor with living room, upper deck, pool access, and three new bedrooms, not to mention a second bathroom. In total the house is now a three bedroom, two bathroom home, with a rooftop cinema, bar, and garden.
Once a salt storage warehouse in downtown San Myshuno, this quant lot was quickly caught up and turned into an upscale home, only that home was just as quickly sold and nearly gutted in order to make room for a much nicer nightclub.
As the two residential lots in this area were built with a Japanese-inpired roof, the challenge for the designers of Eastern Flow was to come up with a design that would fit in with the neighborhood. Eastern Flow is a full featured spa with a yoga room, saunas, and a meditation bar. It even features a theraputic pool.
Eastern Ascensions is a full featured gym with a full-size basketball court, weight and treadmill room, boxing room, and a small yoga studio. It was designed with a modern, yet traditional eastern flow to match the other buildings in the area. Its most unique feature is a relaxing rooftop garden area.
